Position: Full-Stack Developer (UX/UI Focused)

We are looking for a hybrid Full-Stack Developer with a strong UX/UI mindset to bridge the gap between design and development. This role is ideal for someone who not only creates visually compelling and user-centered designs but also brings them to life through clean, scalable, and efficient code.

You will play a key role in shaping our digital platforms, ensuring an outstanding user experience while maintaining technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Front-End development: React, JavaScript, CSS, and Redux

• Solid experience with UX/UI design principles and tools (Figma required)

• Intermediate knowledge of Back-End technologies: Node.js and SQL

• Experience working across the full development lifecycle

• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices

• Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties:

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences using Figma

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable front-end code

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, CSS, and Redux

• Support and maintain back-end integrations using Node.js and SQL

• Continuously improve platform performance and user experience
